STAMINA CIRCUIT
High-Intensity Interval Training using but not limited to kettlebells, TRX, slam balls, battle ropes and a good selection of body-weight exercises.
IRON STRENGTH
Kettlebell Training: The name says it all, the ancient workout tool is still in use, the most versatile piece of fitness equipment according to Gary.
KIDS BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU
Fitness, bullyproof, self-defense, competitions, fun!
Four age groups, up to six days a week.
PERSONAL TRAINING
1 on 1 in person, online or the mix of both. General fitness or specific training such as Self-Defense, Strenght and Conditioning, Running Coaching, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Prehab&Rehab (operation prep and recovery)
CORPORATE TRAINING
Team building, self-defense, fund-raising or just fitness

Our Story
We will empower you in achieving your fitness goals – whether it be toning up, running a half marathon, or simply staying healthy. Our program has the diversity and tailored progression plan to take you from whatever level you are currently at to a truly fit, strong and healthy state. The program is designed to cater to all fitness levels.
What we haven’t done is reinvent the wheel. Our basic program revolves around a balanced combination of bodyweight exercises and resistance training with both high and low-intensity interval training. Our fitness philosophy is one of balance and functional fitness. We will get you very comfortable in moving your body exactly how it is intended to be moved. At Tribe Fit we strive for true all-round fitness including strength, cardiovascular fitness, endurance, speed, agility, and full-body balance. We provide an environment of encouragement and positivity to make achieving results as enjoyable as possible. Tribe Fit is founded on 3 simple principles:
